Common questions about the agency, services and engagements.

Who is Avocado Tree Digital?

We are an experienced digital growth agency led by strategy and planning, bringing all major services together and reporting them through one dashboard.

What services do you provide?

Our eight connected services cover GTM strategy and consulting, website strategy and development, social media content, traffic generation including SEO and AEO, performance marketing, brand enhancement, analytics and insights, and events, activation and IP creation. AI and digital transformation can support this work through our proprietary Human/Artificial Intelligence Growth System. Services can be combined around your business needs.

Do you replace an internal marketing team?

No. We extend your internal team with experienced strategy and specialised delivery, while coaching team members to work in tandem.

Who do you work with?

We work with growth-driven organisations across Asia Pacific and the United States, including businesses in Singapore and India. Our sector experience includes B2B SaaS, financial services, travel, government enterprises, non-profit organisations and real estate. We begin by understanding the business, its audience and the outcome it needs.

Can we engage you for one service?

Yes. Work can focus on one defined need or connect several disciplines around a wider objective.

How does an engagement begin?

We start with your business objective, current context, constraints and the decision that needs to be made. We align these with the available budget and explore whether the agency and client are a good fit for the long term.

What is AEO?

Answer engine optimisation (AEO) helps content provide clear, credible answers in AI-assisted search experiences.

What systems can you integrate?

We can integrate CRM, marketing automation, analytics, consent management, booking, payment, commerce and other approved systems.

How do you measure results?

We define success against the business objective, then mutually agree on indicators or KPIs that teams can interpret and act on. And by the number of smiles we get on calls.

How can I start?

Share your challenge or project details, intended outcome, timing and known constraints. A detailed brief is not required for the first conversation.

What is the Human/Artificial Intelligence Growth System?

Our Human/Artificial Intelligence Growth System is the framework connecting strategy, human judgement, AI-assisted work, specialist delivery and measurement. We start with the business decision, set priorities, connect the relevant services and review the evidence. Human expertise remains responsible for context, accuracy and the decisions that shape the work. The mix of services and tools follows the business need.

How is your integrated approach different from hiring separate agencies?

An integrated approach connects the audience, message, customer journey and measurement around a shared business objective. Instead of treating the website, content, advertising and reporting as unrelated projects, we agree how they should work together, who owns each handover and how progress will be reviewed. Separate specialists can still contribute within that shared plan.

Do you work with SMEs as well as larger organisations?

Yes. We work with SMEs as well as larger organisations. The scope should reflect your stage of growth, available budget, internal capabilities and the decision or delivery gap you need to address. An SME may begin with one defined service, while a more complex organisation may need several disciplines connected around a wider objective.

What will we receive from a strategy engagement?

The agreed scope can include market and audience priorities, positioning and messaging, a channel and acquisition plan, and an execution and measurement roadmap. We identify initiatives, owners, milestones and the measures that support decisions. The proposal defines the deliverables for your engagement so that the strategy can guide practical work.

How do you price an engagement?

Pricing is scoped around the objective, complexity, deliverables, specialist work and ongoing support required. We discuss the available budget before recommending a scope. The proposal should make clear which fees cover agency work and how media spend, production, third-party tools and other external costs are treated. There is no single price that suits every business need.

How long does an engagement take, and is there a minimum commitment?

Timing depends on the scope, complexity, access to information and tools, and the approval process. A defined strategy project and an ongoing delivery engagement need different schedules. We agree milestones, responsibilities and any minimum commitment in the proposal, rather than applying a universal timeline to every service.

Can you work with our existing agency, developers or marketing partners?

Yes. We can work alongside your internal team and existing partners. We begin by agreeing the shared objective, responsibilities, approval process and handovers between teams. This helps strategy, content, platforms and measurement stay connected while each partner contributes its specialist work.

Who owns the website, creative assets, advertising accounts and data?

Ownership, account access, licences and handover arrangements are agreed in the scope and contract before work begins. Websites, source files, advertising accounts, creative assets and third-party materials can have different requirements. We clarify those requirements, including any licensed tools or assets, so both teams understand what will be delivered and what access is needed.

Can you show examples of relevant client work?

Yes. Our case study collection explains client challenges, the work undertaken and the results or feedback available. We can also discuss which examples are relevant to your sector or objective. Results from another engagement provide context; they do not promise the same outcome for every business.
