FerroHub
Context
SAIL at NTU connects corporate partners, SMEs, startups, research institutes and government bodies around agri-food innovation. The platform needed a clear identity and a central web hub that could explain its focus areas and help different stakeholders find relevant opportunities to collaborate.
The challenge
Translate a complex, multi-stakeholder innovation ecosystem into accessible communications, align presentation and event materials with institutional branding, and establish maintenance and security practices to support digital continuity
Our approach
Website architecture and positioning
Structured the sail.sg website and developed its positioning and copy. Organised content around four focus areas: Sustainability, Automation & Digitalisation, New & Improved Agri-Inputs, and Downstream R&D. Explained the platform’s role within Singapore’s agri-food landscape, including food security, urban farming, alternative proteins and carbon services.
Partner engagement pathways
Created dedicated website sections covering business matching, co-innovation challenges and partner engagement. Made the platform’s collaboration opportunities easier to understand across business, research and public-sector audiences.
Brand, presentations and event design
Developed the SAIL logo and a co-branded visual framework incorporating NTU and Enterprise Singapore identities. Created ten distinct presentation templates spanning quote layouts, stakeholder infographics, process flowcharts and challenge showcases, alongside event banners. Designed materials for live presentations and digital leave-behinds.
Security and maintenance
Conducted website vulnerability assessments and patching, strengthened authentication through two-factor authentication and custom URL paths, and configured security headers. Supported CMS stability, content updates and integration protocols through ongoing maintenance.
Outcomes and achievements
The engagement established a consistent brand framework and central digital hub for SAIL at NTU. Four focus areas organised the website narrative, while ten presentation templates supported reusable corporate and event communications. Partner pathways and ongoing technical oversight provided a structured foundation for ecosystem engagement and website continuity.
