Context
Adventures Overland wanted to introduce its luxury self-drive and cross-border expeditions to international travel buyers, agents and media partners. Its portfolio included signature journeys and Himalayan routes across India, Nepal and Bhutan.
The challenge
Make a specialist expedition portfolio easy for trade buyers to understand, create an engaging exhibition experience and connect pre-event discovery with on-site conversations and follow-up.
Our approach
Stand strategy and design
Developed a 14-square-metre peninsula stand with three open sides at Messe Berlin. Combined branded backwalls, meeting areas and lighting with video displays showcasing expedition experiences.
Interactive engagement
Created a custom “Wheel of Fortune” installation to encourage visitor interaction and support lead capture. Integrated 42-inch screens for expedition video content.
Digital trade presence
Developed company profile copy, teasers and keyword-led content for ITBxplore to support buyer discovery and meeting scheduling ahead of the event.
Portfolio and collateral
Produced B2B brochures covering ten flagship road trip itineraries. Aligned product storytelling and campaign messaging across print, digital and the exhibition stand, including routes across India, Nepal and Bhutan.
Outcomes and achievements
The programme delivered a coordinated physical and digital trade presence. An interactive stand, a structured itinerary catalogue and ITBxplore communications gave the team connected tools for introducing the portfolio and engaging prospective international partners.
