A customer asks about sizing. Another asks whether the product works with what they already own. A third describes a delivery problem. These are useful signals, not interruptions to the content plan.

Community work needs ownership. Decide who answers routine questions, who handles complaints and when a conversation should move to a private channel. Keep personal order details out of public replies.

Record repeated questions. If the same doubt appears every week, the answer might belong in a demonstration, a pinned explanation or a clearer product page.

A reply should help the person who asked and the people quietly reading along. A copied Thanks for reaching out rarely does either. Give a useful answer or explain honestly when you need to check.

Feed these conversations into the next planning meeting. Your customers may already be telling you what to post next. Listening is less glamorous than announcing a new content pillar, but it often gives you a better one.
