An agency cannot read the business through a two-line message. We want more leads leaves it guessing which people matter, why they might buy and what currently stops them.

Share the offer, the customer, the buying situation and the evidence you already have. Add practical constraints: stock, margins, geography, service capacity and the time your team can give to content.

If leads are the priority, define a useful lead. For one business it might mean a distributor enquiry. For another it is a customer looking for a specific service within a serviceable location. Those need different conversations.

Let the agency challenge your explanation. Perhaps demand is healthy but the product page is confusing. Perhaps customers ask the same question because the offer is unclear. Social media may be part of the answer without being the whole answer.

A good brief gives the agency enough context to think. Agree the problem together before debating how many reels you will receive.
