Monday needs a post. The calendar says so. Someone finds a quote, adds the logo and hits publish. The page stays active. But what changed for the customer?

Social media strategy starts earlier than the calendar. Decide who you need to reach, what they currently believe and what you want them to understand or do next.

A post might introduce a problem, explain a product, answer an objection or reassure someone who is nearly ready to buy. Those are different jobs. Trying to do all four in one caption usually produces a muddle.

Imagine a skincare brand publishing another product photograph. If customers are unsure how the product fits into their routine, a simple demonstration could be more useful. The point is the uncertainty it resolves.

Before approving a post, finish this sentence: This helps this person because… If nobody can finish it convincingly, the idea probably needs more work. The calendar can wait.
