A person can ask an AI service to explain a category, compare approaches or suggest questions before opening a website. That makes the usefulness of individual pages more important: visitors may arrive with a specific doubt, not an appetite for your brand introduction.
Give each important page a clear subject. Explain who a service suits, its limits and what evidence supports your approach. Original examples and accurately described experience give readers something more useful than interchangeable category copy.
Google’s guidance says its AI Overviews and AI Mode do not require special optimisations beyond established Search requirements. This is guidance for Google’s features, not a guarantee about every AI platform or a promise of inclusion.
Avoid building hundreds of near-identical pages for imagined AI questions. Maintain a coherent set of helpful resources that people can navigate, understand and verify. Keep business facts consistent and make important information available as text.
Measure what you can observe: referral visits, useful actions and questions arriving in enquiries. Some AI-influenced journeys will be invisible to your analytics. Treat apparent precision cautiously.
